About the role

We are seeking a Senior Civil Engineer with a strong background in architectural coordination to lead and supervise all civil and architectural activities on site. The role ensures smooth project execution by bridging design intent and construction delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise civil and architectural site activities.
• Coordinate closely with architects, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Review and interpret civil and architectural drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
• Ensure site works follow approved drawings, project specifications, and quality standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, workmanship, and compliance.
• Manage day‑to‑day site operations and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Coordinate between design and construction teams to avoid conflicts and delays.
• Monitor project schedules, track progress, and report on milestones.
• Ensure compliance with local authority regulations, codes, and safety standards.
• Review and approve shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals.
• Verify quantities, measurements, and work completed for contractor payments.
• Identify design discrepancies and propose practical site solutions.
• Maintain proper documentation, records, and reporting systems.

Required profile

• Senior civil engineering professional with architectural coordination experience.
• Proven ability to supervise site activities and manage multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong knowledge of local authority regulations, building codes, and safety standards.
• Experience reviewing and approving shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals.
