Senior CNC Machine Operator

About the role

AL TARIQ is seeking an experienced Senior CNC Machine Operator to lead the setup, operation, and supervision of CNC equipment in its Abu Dhabi facility. The role involves producing high‑quality metal and plastic parts while ensuring compliance with engineering specifications and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines for drilling, grinding, and milling tasks.
• Translate engineering drawings and GD&T specifications into machine parameters.
• Oversee machine performance, make real‑time adjustments, and conduct test runs.
• Load and unload raw materials, maintain production logs, and record quality data.
• Perform daily maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
• Inspect finished parts to verify conformity with client expectations.
• Report logistical issues and conduct regular machine assessments.

Required profile

• Trade school accreditation, high‑school diploma or equivalent; engineering certificate/diploma is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a CNC milling or turning operator in machining or aerospace manufacturing.
• Proven ability to interpret mechanical documents and engineering drawings.
• Strong team communication and effective workflow management.
