Senior Completion Engineer Offshore

About the role

Penspen is urgently seeking a Senior Completion Engineer to lead safe, efficient, and cost‑effective well‑completion operations on offshore sites. The role involves supervising crews, coordinating contractors, and ensuring compliance with HSE standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead completion activities at the wellsite and implement approved programs.
• Manage onsite crews, contractors, equipment, and resources.
• Maintain safe operations, verify well barriers, and ensure well integrity.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, minimize downtime, and resolve operational problems.
• Monitor operational performance and report daily progress and results.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• 15‑18+ years of experience in Oil & Gas construction, with at least 5 years in a lead role.
• Minimum 5+ years of offshore experience (mandatory).
• Familiarity with international standards (PMC, EPC) and offshore projects.
• Experience on ADNOC projects is an advantage.
