Senior Construction Manager

About the role

Azizi Developments is seeking a Senior Construction Manager to lead large‑scale residential and commercial projects in the UAE. The role involves overseeing all construction activities, ensuring compliance with quality, safety and regulatory standards, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage overall construction operations across assigned projects.
• Oversee contractors, subcontractors, consultants and site teams.
• Monitor project performance, construction progress and risk management.
• Conduct regular project review meetings and site inspections.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and regulatory requirements.
• Resolve complex construction and operational challenges.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.
• Review project schedules, engineering plans and technical documentation.
• Drive construction efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support project handover and final completion activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 12–18 years of construction management experience, preferably in high‑rise, residential, commercial or mixed‑use developments.
• Proven experience managing large‑scale UAE construction projects.
• Strong leadership and team‑management capabilities.
• In‑depth knowledge of construction methodologies, contracts and project controls.
• Familiarity with UAE regulations, authority approvals and safety standards.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
