Senior Construction Manager – PMC (Oil & Gas)

About the role

Wood is seeking an experienced PMC Senior Construction Manager to lead the planning and execution of civil works, on‑shore fabrication and offshore installation for an ADNOC Gas project in Abu Dhabi. The role is based on‑site and reports to the project’s senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the construction of Islands underground civil works, on‑shore precast and offshore transportation and mechanical completion.
• Ensure all activities comply with ADNOC Gas procedures, project standards and shareholder expectations.
• Directly manage Construction Leaders for island and on‑shore construction teams.
• Coordinate brownfield modifications and ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in the oil and gas sector, particularly in large‑scale construction projects.
• Proven track record of managing multidisciplinary construction teams on‑site.
• Strong understanding of civil works, fabrication, offshore installation and mechanical completion processes.

Required skills

• Project management of construction activities.
• Knowledge of ADNOC Gas and industry standards.
