Senior Corporate Counsel – Middle East

About the role

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Corporate Counsel to join its Legal team in Dubai. Reporting to the London‑based Head of Privacy, EMEA, you will work across multiple functions to address regulatory and compliance matters throughout the Middle East.

Key responsibilities

• Act as subject‑matter expert on Middle Eastern privacy, cybersecurity, data protection and emerging AI regulations.
• Monitor regulatory developments and advise product, commercial and security teams on compliance implications.
• Draft, review and negotiate privacy, security and AI‑related agreements with customers, partners and prospects.
• Collaborate with Employment Legal, Global Ethics & Integrity, Cybersecurity Legal and other internal stakeholders such as Government Affairs, Compliance, Communications, Marketing and Employee Success.
• Build relationships with regional regulators and contribute to shaping legislative frameworks.
• Deliver high‑quality legal guidance under tight deadlines in a fast‑growing environment.

Required profile

• Senior‑level legal professional with extensive experience in privacy, cybersecurity and data law within the Middle East.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and critical‑thinking abilities.
• Results‑driven, collaborative and able to manage complex, fast‑moving projects.
• Excellent communication skills, a sense of humor and a commitment to fostering a positive team dynamic.
