Senior Cost Controller

About the role

Binghatti is looking for a Senior Cost Controller to lead cost management across its high‑value real‑estate projects. You will work closely with finance, procurement, contracts and project teams to ensure budgets are accurate and financial risks are mitigated.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, monitor and update project budgets, forecasts and cost reports.
• Analyse cost variances, identify risks and propose corrective actions.
• Review contractor and supplier invoices, validate payment applications and manage purchase orders.
• Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, Contracts and Project Management to ensure consistent cost control.
• Support feasibility studies and budget planning for new developments.
• Provide senior management with actionable financial insights.

Required profile

• 8–12+ years of experience in cost control, project finance or commercial management within construction or real‑estate development.
• Proven expertise in budgeting, forecasting, cost reporting and financial analysis.
• Experience on large‑scale residential, commercial or mixed‑use projects.
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation and analytical abilities.
