Senior Creative Designer

About the role

GRID is seeking a Senior Creative Designer to lead visual storytelling for its design‑led real‑estate projects across the UAE, UK and Cyprus. The role blends brand development, marketing campaign creation and immersive customer experiences, leveraging both traditional design tools and cutting‑edge AI platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute brand identity, marketing collateral and digital assets for residential, commercial and hospitality projects.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure creative output aligns with business objectives and design standards.
• Produce high‑quality visual concepts for print and digital media, including immersive experiences for customers.
• Guide the use of AI‑generated imagery and video to accelerate production while maintaining aesthetic excellence.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in creative design.
• Strong command of AI creative platforms such as Midjourney, ChatGPT, Claude and Canva AI.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and familiarity with AI‑powered video creation tools.
• Good understanding of interior design, architecture and spatial aesthetics.
• Creative thinker with meticulous attention to detail, trend awareness and ability to meet tight deadlines.
