Senior CRM Manager

About the role

Invygo is building a digital‑first car subscription platform in the Middle East and needs a senior leader to design and run its end‑to‑end lifecycle marketing engine. The Senior CRM Manager will create the asset and customer lifecycle frameworks that turn idle vehicles into revenue and turn prospects into long‑term subscribers.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement an Asset Lifecycle Strategy that dynamically promotes vehicles based on idle time, inventory cost and demand signals.
• Build a Customer Lifecycle Strategy covering acquisition, onboarding, engagement, churn prevention and renewal.
• Design promotional and discount frameworks that drive subscriber growth while protecting contribution margins.
• Create and optimise multi‑channel conversion campaigns (email, WhatsApp, in‑app messaging, inbound sales) to move prospects efficiently through the funnel.
• Develop retention programmes and LTV‑maximisation initiatives that reduce churn and extend subscription duration.
• Ensure consistent, high‑quality communication across every touchpoint to boost satisfaction and revenue.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years (≈84 months) of experience in CRM, lifecycle or growth marketing.
• Proven ability to design data‑driven frameworks and translate insights into actionable campaigns.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in fleet or subscription‑based business models.
• Excellent strategic thinking and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
