Senior Customer Engineer – Turkey

About the role

Cloudflare is looking for a Senior Customer Engineer to act as a trusted technical advisor for enterprise clients. Based in Dubai, you will focus on customers in Turkey, guiding them from pre‑sales validation through onboarding, deployment and ongoing expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives to lead technical deep‑dive discovery and capture business requirements.
• Design and validate complex customer architectures on the Cloudflare platform.
• Drive the full customer journey, from initial technical validation to deployment, onboarding and lifecycle expansion.
• Operate as a quota‑carrying technologist, using AI‑augmented workflows to reduce administrative tasks.
• Deliver measurable business outcomes by aligning technical solutions with customer value.

Required profile

• Senior‑level professional with strong technical advisory experience.
• Proven ability to bridge technical strategy and business value for enterprise customers.
• Comfortable working in a GTM organization and handling quota responsibilities.
• Curiosity for AI tools and a proactive problem‑solving mindset.
