Senior CVM And Commercial Manager

About the role

The Senior CVM & Commercial Manager will build and lead the Customer Value Management practice for Al Tayer Group's luxury retail loyalty programme, aiming to turn it into a standalone commercial entity.

Key responsibilities

• Establish the CVM practice, defining governance, processes, tools and cross‑functional collaboration frameworks.
• Develop and own the overall CVM strategy, aligning with business objectives and luxury brand values.
• Create a comprehensive CVM Playbook covering segmentation, campaign design, journey blueprints and best practices.
• Own Cost Per Point (CPP) and Value Per Point (VPP) models, ensuring commercial viability and competitive loyalty currency.
• Conduct CPP/VPP calculations for earning, redemption, partner funding and liability management.
• Model financial scenarios for internal and external partnerships linked to the loyalty currency.
• Identify and refine customer value segments using behavioural, transactional, demographic and psychographic data.
• Collaborate with Insights & Analytics, Marketing, CRM and Digital teams to design personalised campaigns and optimise performance through data‑driven testing.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in Customer Value Management, loyalty programmes or related commercial functions.
• Proven ability to design and implement strategic frameworks from scratch.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in financial modelling and segmentation analysis.
