Senior Design Architect

About the role

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Design Architect to lead the planning and coordination of complex projects at our Abu Dhabi head office. The role involves strategic oversight of architectural design, close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, and delivery of high‑quality solutions across healthcare, commercial, residential and industrial sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the architectural design process, ensuring compliance with client requirements, specifications and regulatory standards.
• Define project objectives, budgets and timelines together with senior management and stakeholders.
• Review and approve design documentation, guaranteeing adherence to building codes and industry standards.
• Mentor and guide the design team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management.
• Coordinate architecture, interior, engineering and BIM disciplines to ensure seamless integration.
• Manage design budgets, resources and schedules to achieve timely delivery.
• Develop continuous‑improvement strategies for design processes and quality control.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
• Proven track record of delivering large‑scale projects from concept to completion.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
