Senior Design Manager Interiors

About the role

Bloom Holding is seeking a Senior Design Manager to lead interior design activities across multiple projects in Abu Dhabi. The role oversees the full design lifecycle, from concept and test fits through detailed documentation, FF&E selection and final implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage interior design functions for various projects, delivering complete design packages from pre‑design to detailed design.
• Produce test fits, layouts, presentations and project timelines, ensuring alignment with client briefs.
• Research, source and coordinate high‑quality interior products, including bespoke items, furnishings, lighting and accessories.
• Coordinate with local vendors, architectural and design consultants, and maintain pre‑qualification records.
• Ensure compliance with Bloom’s internal standards, monitor deviations and implement remedial actions.
• Facilitate regular meetings with senior design leadership and MEP heads to review standards and resolve design issues.

Required profile

• Degree in Interior Design or Architecture with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
• Proven expertise in space planning, detail‑oriented design and high‑quality presentation delivery.
• Demonstrated UAE project experience and familiarity with local design considerations.
