Senior Designer – Brand Identity

About the role

Saatchi & Saatchi is seeking a Senior Designer to lead brand identity projects across the UAE and KSA. The role focuses on translating client briefs into compelling visual solutions while maintaining high standards of creativity and brand consistency.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with insights and strategy teams to develop breakthrough creative concepts and articulate them in clear briefs.
• Coordinate multi‑disciplinary teams of designers, strategists, researchers and production specialists throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead creative presentations, storyboard sessions and design reviews, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
• Monitor emerging design trends, capture case studies and contribute to business development initiatives.
• Own the end‑to‑end branding process—from concept development to final brand guidelines implementation.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in brand identity design and visual communication.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines and budget constraints.
• Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of branding processes and the ability to lead cross‑functional teams.
• Highly organized, collaborative and able to express creative ideas clearly and concisely.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
