Senior DevOps PaaS – CI/CD & OpenShift Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a senior DevOps professional to lead the design, implementation and operation of our Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) CI/CD pipelines in Dubai. The role focuses on modern container orchestration, service mesh, and automation using industry‑standard tools.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for containerised applications on Kubernetes and OpenShift.
• Implement service‑mesh solutions and automate workflows with GitHub Actions.
• Develop Jenkins pipelines using shared libraries, Groovy scripts and pipeline code.
• Apply GitOps practices with tools such as ArgoCD for continuous delivery.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define, deploy and manage development, test and production environments.
• Ensure secure micro‑service authentication and authorization mechanisms.
• Set up and maintain logging and monitoring stacks (ELK, Prometheus, Grafana).

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of hands‑on DevOps experience.
• Proven experience working with Kubernetes, OpenShift and service‑mesh technologies.
• Strong background in CI/CD automation, preferably with Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
• Experience implementing GitOps workflows using ArgoCD.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment in Dubai.
