Senior Director of Revenue Management

About the role

The Senior Director of Revenue Management will lead the revenue strategy for Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach. Reporting to senior hotel leadership, this role is responsible for maximizing profitability while preserving the brand’s luxury experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive revenue plans covering pricing, inventory, and distribution across all hotel outlets.
• Lead a team of revenue analysts, providing coaching, performance management, and career development.
• Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, operations, and finance to align revenue initiatives with overall business objectives.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and demand patterns to adjust strategies in real time.
• Prepare regular revenue forecasts, performance reports, and presentations for executive leadership.

Required profile

• Extensive experience (10+ years) in revenue management within luxury hospitality.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth in a high‑end, multicultural environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, fluent in English.
