Senior Employment Lawyer

About the role

An International Law Firm based in Dubai is seeking a Senior Employment Lawyer to join its employment team. You will work with a client‑focused, high‑performing group delivering the full spectrum of workplace relations services across the Middle East.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal advice to clients in transport, infrastructure, resources, hospitality, manufacturing, retail and public sectors on employment matters.
• Handle enterprise bargaining, industrial disputes, award compliance, employment agreements, discrimination, harassment, termination, health & safety and fraud claims.
• Manage matters end‑to‑end, develop client relationships and contribute to business development.

Required profile

• 6‑8 years post‑qualification experience in private practice.
• Excellent knowledge of employment law and civil procedure.
• Strong drafting, analytical and communication abilities.
