Senior Engagement Delivery Manager

About the role

We are looking for a highly driven self‑starter to lead complex, high‑stakes implementations of Anaplan’s Connected Planning platform for strategic enterprise customers across the Middle East. The role sits at the intersection of delivery and strategic advisory, acting as the trusted partner for both customers and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end Anaplan deployments, establishing robust governance, precise scoping, and uncovering hidden assumptions.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for delivery, aligning with stakeholders from operational leads to the C‑suite.
• Navigate intricate, multi‑faceted programs while balancing scope, risk, budget, and resources.
• Anticipate bottlenecks and drive critical project decisions to keep initiatives on track.

Required profile

• Proven track record of leading complex implementations, preferably in Supply Chain, FP&A, or Workforce Planning.
• Hands‑on leadership experience orchestrating multiple enterprise programs.
• Ability to influence decisions from C‑level executives to daily end‑users.
• Strong focus on budget adherence, scope management, and project recovery.
