Senior Engineer Asset Integrity Process Safety

About the role

The Senior Engineer – Asset Integrity & Process Safety is a critical position within ADNOC Group, responsible for safeguarding the reliability of pipelines, structures, wellhead towers, equipment and wells throughout their lifecycle. The role acts as the Technical Authority, providing expert guidance, driving improvements, and ensuring compliance with ADNOC Upstream Integrity Code and international standards.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as Technical Authority for facility integrity during design, construction and operation phases.
• Ensure compliance with the Asset Integrity Management System, ISO, API and ADNOC standards.
• Participate in technical and pre‑startup safety reviews to embed AIMS requirements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and contractors to integrate integrity considerations.
• Monitor and analyse asset integrity KPIs, identify trends and initiate corrective actions.
• Coordinate corrosion mitigation and condition monitoring programmes within budget.
• Prepare periodic integrity reports covering risk registers, KPIs and maintenance activities.

Required profile

• Senior‑level engineering experience in upstream oil & gas asset integrity.
• Strong knowledge of ADNOC Upstream Integrity Code, ISO and API standards.
• Proven ability to lead technical reviews and work with multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent analytical skills for KPI monitoring and risk assessment.
