Senior Engineer – Civil Maintenance

About the role

ADNOC Group is seeking a Senior Engineer to lead civil maintenance activities across its operations in Abu Dhabi. The role involves planning, developing and executing civil scope of work for tender packages while ensuring compliance with company standards and Emiratization goals.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and develop civil scope of work for tender packages and implement economical solutions.
• Lead implementation of ADNOC standards and policies related to civil maintenance.
• Mentor and develop UAE nationals in civil engineering to meet Emiratization targets.
• Initiate, plan and supervise cross‑functional teams and contractors to deliver projects within schedule, scope and budget.
• Ensure project requirements and deliverables comply with company specifications.
• Manage maintenance management system for civil support services.
• Prepare and finalize contracts for civil maintenance services in line with acquisition plans.
• Analyse technical competency, experience and HSE performance to select bidders and vendors.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in civil maintenance, including concrete rehabilitation, roads, infrastructure, fire‑proofing and non‑metallic utility piping repair within a large industrial organization, preferably in oil & gas.
