About the role
Penspen is seeking a Senior Engineer to lead MEP construction activities in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on overseeing the installation, testing and commissioning of utility and building services for both onshore and offshore facilities.
Key responsibilities
- Manage on‑site MEP construction to ensure compliance with approved drawings, technical specifications and project schedules.
- Coordinate interfaces between MEP teams and structural, piping, and instrumentation groups.
- Supervise site installation, testing and commissioning of utility and building services.
- Ensure all work meets ADNOC standards and contractual requirements.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
- Minimum 15 years of experience leading on‑site MEP construction activities.
- Proven experience managing multidisciplinary interfaces in complex projects.
- Mandatory experience working with ADNOC projects.
