Senior Engineer Electrical Maintenance

About the role

The Senior Engineer – Electrical Maintenance will lead and supervise electrical maintenance activities across ADNOC Refining’s plant and distribution network. The role ensures technical and operational safety, asset integrity, and reliability while minimizing downtime.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, supervise and execute predictive and Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) programs for electrical equipment.
• Conduct internal safety audits of plant electrical installations and develop corrective action plans.
• Participate in the preparation of predictive, preventive, modification and major shutdown maintenance programmes.
• Review and integrate periodic and shutdown work plans with other sections.
• Provide expertise for technological upgrades of obsolete equipment and manage plant change requests.
• Perform detailed engineering, scope definition, technical evaluation and execution for capital, extraordinary and major maintenance activities.
