Senior Engineer (Static Equipment)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Engineer specialized in static mechanical equipment to join our team in Abu Dhabi. You will be responsible for leading the engineering, installation, testing and commissioning of critical equipment on large‑scale Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Energy and Infrastructure projects.

Key responsibilities

• Review and validate engineering drawings, datasheets and specifications for static equipment, ensuring compliance with client requirements and international codes.
• Participate in constructability reviews, value‑engineering studies and vendor technical assessments.
• Plan, coordinate and supervise the installation, erection and commissioning of pressure vessels, storage tanks, heat exchangers, separators, filters, reactors, columns, supports and related utility systems.
• Monitor construction progress, resolve technical issues and ensure alignment with project schedules.
• Supervise contractors, foremen and skilled workforce while enforcing safety, quality and mechanical integrity standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years (96 months) of experience in static equipment engineering on EPC projects.
• Strong knowledge of international engineering codes, mechanical construction practices and asset reliability principles.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex installation activities.
