Senior Engineer – Technical Support

About the role

The Senior Engineer – Technical Support will support the execution of strategic plans by monitoring project performance, analysing data, and preparing reports. You will work closely with multiple sectors and institutions to ensure technical standards are met and project governance is robust.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, validate and analyse project information to support reporting and performance dashboards.
• Identify risks, performance gaps and implementation challenges, escalating findings to management.
• Prepare periodic reports, presentations and meeting materials for strategic initiatives.
• Maintain project management databases, records and documentation for accuracy and traceability.
• Support committee activities, action‑item follow‑ups and technical meetings.
• Identify and recommend improvements to technical review processes, assurance practices and governance mechanisms.
• Assist in the implementation of digital tools to enhance reporting and monitoring.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years (72 months) of experience in technical support, project monitoring or related fields.
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional teams and manage large‑scale project data.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience preparing executive‑level reports.
