Senior Enterprise Security Architect

About the role

Build the security architecture behind the future of luxury retail in Dubai, joining a major technology transformation. You will shape strategy, influence investment decisions and create a security architecture capability across SAP, cloud, AI, data and enterprise platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Own and evolve the Enterprise Security Architecture strategy, standards, governance and target‑state roadmap.
• Lead security architecture governance as the senior Security Design Authority.
• Shape security for initiatives such as SAP transformation, cloud adoption, digital/e‑commerce platforms, AI and technology modernisation.
• Partner with Enterprise Architecture, Engineering, Infrastructure, Digital, Data, Product and SAP teams to provide architectural assurance and technical due diligence.
• Drive Security‑by‑Design, Zero Trust and modern security engineering practices while influencing senior executives.

Required profile

• 10+ years experience as an Enterprise Security Architect or Security Architect Lead.
• Proven experience defining and governing security architecture in large, complex or global organisations.
• Strong track record in enterprise transformation, cloud adoption and technology modernisation.
• Experience establishing security architecture frameworks, standards and governance models.
• Executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive enterprise‑wide decisions.
• Relevant certifications such as SABSA, TOGAF, CISSP are highly desirable.
