Senior Estimator – Infrastructure Projects

About the role

Parsons Corporation is seeking a Senior Estimator to join its rapidly expanding transportation projects team in Dubai. You will apply your estimating expertise to large‑scale, complex infrastructure projects that shape the community.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure the estimating team follows company practices, techniques, processes and procedures.
• Provide technical guidance to Estimators and Associate Estimators.
• Deliver quality‑controlled estimates for assigned projects and programs.
• Define project scope using a top‑down Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and prepare material take‑offs from concept documents, design drawings and specifications.
• Develop detailed resource costs, apply burdens, indirect costs, fees, taxes and expected margins to produce a probable project cost.
• Prepare a Basis of Estimate (BOE) narrative that outlines methodology, scope, pricing, escalation, assumptions and exclusions.
• Review estimates from other service providers for compliance, completeness and accuracy.
• Analyze contractual documents and modifications to assess scope changes and cost‑schedule impacts.

Required profile

• Minimum 96 months (8 years) of estimating experience on large infrastructure projects.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor estimating teams.
• Strong understanding of WBS, material take‑offs and cost development.
• Excellent written communication for BOE narratives and review reports.
