Senior Executive - Accounts Receivable

About the role

The Senior Executive – Accounts Receivable will manage the end‑to‑end AR process for Apparel Group in the United Arab Emirates, ensuring financial accuracy, timely collections and compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full cycle Accounts Receivable operations including customer creation, invoicing, ageing analysis, collections and reconciliations.
• Monitor outstanding balances, follow up overdue payments and resolve billing disputes in collaboration with sales, commercial and operations teams.
• Perform customer ledger reconciliations, investigate discrepancies and allocate receipts accurately.
• Prepare and review AR ageing, collection and outstanding statements for management.
• Support credit control activities, set customer credit limits and escalate overdue accounts.
• Assist with month‑end closing tasks such as AR reconciliation, doubtful debt provisions and balance‑sheet schedules.
• Maintain accurate customer master data and ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
• Provide AR schedules and documentation for internal and external audits.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation to enhance collection efficiency.
