Senior Executive - Human Resources (UAE National)

About the role

Jumeirah Saadiyat Island is seeking a Senior Executive – Human Resources to lead recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement for its luxury hospitality operations. The role serves as the primary HR contact for staff and managers, ensuring smooth HR processes and compliance with UAE labour regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate end‑to‑end recruitment for non‑managerial positions, including screening, scheduling, and onboarding support.
• Manage onboarding and off‑boarding procedures, ensuring seamless induction and exit formalities.
• Organise employee engagement activities and recognition programmes.
• Support disciplinary investigations and maintain accurate employee‑relations documentation.
• Prepare HR reports and dashboards (recruitment, engagement, operations) for management review.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and UAE labour law, assisting with audits and inspections.
• Act as first‑line HR contact, resolving queries and escalating complex cases.
• Participate in HR projects, process improvements, digitisation, and SOP updates.
• Liaise with government agencies for documentation, licences, and other HR requirements.

Required profile

• Diploma in Hotel Management, Human Resources Management or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or a related field.
• HR certification such as CIPD Level 3 or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labour law.
• 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in luxury hospitality.
• Experience in multicultural environments is desirable.
