Senior Executive Officer – ADGM Regulated Entity

About the role

Bybit is seeking a Senior Executive Officer to lead its ADGM‑regulated entity in Abu Dhabi. The role reports directly to the Board and serves as the primary liaison with the Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA), ensuring the firm’s strategic objectives are met while maintaining the highest standards of governance and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and direction for the regulated entity, driving strategic, operational and commercial goals.
• Maintain day‑to‑day management and supervision of all regulated activities.
• Ensure full compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, licensing obligations and governance standards.
• Foster a strong culture of risk management, accountability and ethical conduct.
• Lead senior management teams, establishing clear accountability and performance metrics.
• Implement and monitor governance frameworks, policies, systems and controls.
• Identify, assess and manage regulatory, operational, financial, technology and reputational risks.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in senior leadership within a regulated financial services environment.
• Proven track record of managing compliance, risk and governance functions.
• Strong knowledge of ADGM regulations and interaction with FSRA.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
