Senior Executive – Statutory Reporting (Finance)

About the role

Dubai Holding Real Estate is seeking a Senior Executive to lead statutory reporting and support financial planning activities. The role will work closely with business stakeholders and finance teams to ensure accurate budgeting, forecasting and compliance with accounting standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, consolidate and monitor annual OPEX budgets, forecasts and recalibrations.
• Coordinate with departments to gather budget inputs and facilitate planning activities.
• Prepare periodic MIS reports, financial analyses and KPI dashboards for decision‑making.
• Analyze operational and financial performance, investigate variances and provide insights.
• Assist in enhancing budgeting, reporting and financial control policies and tools.
• Review statutory financial statements to ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field (mandatory).
• Professional qualification such as CA, ACCA or CPA preferred.
• Minimum 1 year experience in finance, budgeting, management reporting or FP&A.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, statutory reporting and accounting principles.
• Experience managing general ledger accounts and conducting variance analysis.
• Excellent analytical, numerical and attention‑to‑detail skills.
