Senior Facilities Manager

About the role

KAIZEN Asset Management Services is seeking a dynamic Senior Facilities Manager to lead its facilities management team in Dubai. You will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and day‑to‑day management of all facilities services, ensuring compliance with operational standards and regulations while enhancing tenant satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute preventive maintenance programs across multiple properties.
• Manage and monitor budgets, ensuring cost‑effective operations.
• Lead a team of facilities staff, providing coaching and performance oversight.
• Coordinate with other departments to guarantee safety, comfort, and efficiency of all assets.
• Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships to align facilities strategy with business goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 8+ years of facilities management experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Proven ability to manage large facilities and complex maintenance activities.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budget preparation and control.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Valid UAE driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Required skills

• Proficiency with facility management software.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
