Shield AI is seeking a Senior Field Marketing Manager to lead field marketing initiatives across priority defense and government accounts in Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, and Jordan. The role combines strategic account planning with hands‑on execution to drive measurable pipeline impact in a high‑growth defense‑tech environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute field marketing programs aligned with regional go‑to‑market priorities.
• Develop account‑based marketing strategies, map buying centers, and orchestrate multi‑touch engagements such as executive briefings, targeted campaigns, and industry events.
• Maintain deep knowledge of regional defence procurement cycles, acquisition processes, and stakeholder landscapes.
• Engage key ministries and agencies, including Saudi Ministry of Defense, UAE Ministry of Defence, and Jordan Armed Forces.
• Plan and manage major defence and aerospace events (e.g., IDEX, World Defense Show, SOFEX) to prioritize high‑value account engagement.
• Organise owned customer events, private briefings, and targeted engagements in partnership with sales and capture teams.
• Align marketing programs with sales objectives, pipeline targets, and account plans to generate revenue impact.

Required profile

• Proven experience developing and executing account‑based marketing strategies in complex government or defence sales environments.
• Strong understanding of long‑cycle defence procurement processes across Saudi Arabia, UAE, and Jordan.
• Ability to collaborate closely with regional sales, business development, and capture teams.
• Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, high‑growth setting.
