Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

About the role

Al Boom Marine is seeking a highly motivated Senior Finance Manager to lead the finance function across its Retail, Wholesale and E‑commerce channels in the GCC. The role combines strategic financial planning, operational finance expertise and leadership to support business growth and ensure financial integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting and long‑term financial planning for all business channels.
• Provide variance analysis, actionable insights and KPI dashboards to senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT and GCC tax regulations, manage filings, reconciliations and audits.
• Support commercial teams with pricing strategies, investment evaluation and working‑capital management.
• Drive cost‑optimization initiatives while maintaining growth momentum.
• Mentor and develop a multi‑disciplinary finance team and act as a finance business partner.
• Manage relationships with auditors, banks and regulatory authorities.
• Lead ERP upgrades, system automation and process improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior finance roles within retail, wholesale or e‑commerce environments.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical mindset and commercial acumen.
• Demonstrated leadership and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence senior leadership.
