Senior Games Data Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Games Data Analyst to join a fast‑paced, international team based in the United Arab Emirates. The role focuses on turning complex player and product data into actionable insights that drive engagement, retention, and monetisation across our gaming portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse player behaviour throughout the lifecycle – acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention, monetisation, churn and reactivation.
• Identify growth opportunities and risks using segmentation, funnel, cohort and behavioural pattern analysis.
• Design, execute and evaluate A/B tests and other experiments, handling hypothesis development, sample‑size estimation, metric selection and statistical interpretation.
• Measure the impact of game features, promotions, events and marketing campaigns.
• Define, monitor and maintain key product and gaming metrics, building dashboards and recurring reports for stakeholders.
• Investigate unexpected KPI changes, determine root causes and communicate business impact.
• Partner with product managers and game teams to set analytical requirements before launches.
• Collaborate with data engineers to improve data quality, tracking coverage and analytical datasets.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional experience in data analytics, product analytics or business intelligence.
• At least 3 years of experience in gaming, online entertainment, betting, financial quantitative research or a similarly data‑intensive sector.
• Proven ability to translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
