Senior Graphic Designer

About the role

The Senior Graphic Designer will lead the creation of visual concepts that support Azadea Foundation’s business objectives. Working closely with the marketing team, you will ensure all design output aligns with brand guidelines and campaign calendars.

Key responsibilities

• Create concepts and sample layouts, ensuring they follow the promotions’ marketing calendar.
• Stay current with the latest graphic design software and techniques, recommending new tools as needed.
• Develop original graphic concepts and ideas that fit the overall marketing strategy.
• Coordinate with suppliers to guarantee printed media and store materials meet high graphic standards and brand owner guidelines.
• Design cohesive internal and external advertising packages.
• Analyse market trends and consumer needs, integrating insights into the design process.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts or Graphic Design.
• 3‑4 years of relevant professional experience.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, adaptability, and customer‑focused mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience using Flash and animation tools.
• Competent in Microsoft Office applications.
