Qlub is a fast‑scaling fintech that streamlines restaurant payments. As a Senior Growth Marketing Manager you will own the end‑to‑end B2B paid acquisition strategy, turning cold traffic into qualified pipeline and driving revenue growth across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and scale paid acquisition on Meta, TikTok, Google Ads and LinkedIn, managing $100K+ monthly spend with clear ROI accountability.
• Lead creative strategy from concept to production, building a high‑performing ad portfolio (live‑action, UGC‑style, AI‑assisted).
• Own the full funnel—from landing page to lead handoff—defining qualification criteria and speed‑to‑lead SLAs with Sales.
• Build reliable multi‑touch attribution and reporting infrastructure to guide scaling decisions.
• Hire, mentor and lead a small team of performance marketers and external partners, setting high standards for quality and speed.

Required profile

• 8+ years of performance marketing experience with proven B2B, pipeline‑driven results.
• Thrives in fast‑moving, high‑growth environments and makes strong decisions with incomplete information.
• Demonstrates ownership mindset and operates like an owner, not a coordinator.
• Passionate about solving hard problems in payments, hospitality and customer experience.

Required skills

• Deep hands‑on experience with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads (Search) and LinkedIn Ads.
• Expertise in performance marketing, paid acquisition and funnel optimization.
• Strong knowledge of attribution modeling and reporting frameworks.
• Proven ability to manage $100K+ monthly ad budgets.
• Team leadership and partner management skills.
