About the role
Al Tayer Group’s Aveda Salon in Dubai is seeking a Senior Hairstylist to deliver premium hair care services. The role involves providing expert consultations, cutting, styling, colouring and advanced treatments to ensure guests look and feel their best.
Key responsibilities
- Consult with clients to identify their needs and recommend suitable styles, products and treatments.
- Perform hair cutting, trimming, styling, colour applications, highlights and permanent straightening or wave techniques.
- Maintain client records of colour shades and treatment formulas and ensure salon hygiene standards.
- Supervise and guide junior assistants to uphold salon quality.
Required profile
- High school qualification and a formal hair‑dressing certification (City & Guilds Level 2) or equivalent.
- 3–4 years of hair‑cutting experience in a reputable salon.
- Strong knowledge of current hair trends and Aveda product range.
