About the role
We are looking for a Senior Hairstylist to join our Aveda Salon in Dubai. The role focuses on delivering premium hair care services, ensuring each guest receives a personalized and sustainable beauty experience.
Key responsibilities
- Consult with clients to identify their needs and recommend suitable styles, colours, and treatments.
- Perform cutting, trimming, styling, and advanced colour techniques, including highlights and artistic colourations.
- Execute permanent straightening and wave treatments using specialised products.
- Maintain client records of colour shades and treatment formulas.
- Supervise and guide junior assistants to uphold salon standards.
- Coordinate with reception to maximise daily appointments while ensuring salon hygiene.
Required profile
- High school qualification and a formal hair‑dressing qualification (City & Guilds Level 2).
- 3–4 years of hair‑cutting experience in a reputable salon.
- Passion for current hair trends and strong interpersonal skills.
