About the role

Responsible for achieving monthly acquisition targets within the bank's approved guidelines. The role focuses on sourcing home finance applications and driving sales growth in the UAE market.

Key responsibilities

Source home finance applications from the eligible target segment of the bank.
Meet individual monthly acquisition targets.
Identify business development opportunities to increase sales.
Ensure daily submissions are complete with required documentation and credit information.
Adhere to all bank‑prescribed processes, SOPs, and central bank requirements.
Complete KYC and ID&V for customers in line with guidelines.
Provide accurate information to customers, avoiding mis‑sell.

Required profile

Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
Banking experience is a plus but not mandatory.
