Senior HR Business Partner – Middle East & Turkey

About the role

As a Senior HR Business Partner you will work closely with partners and local leadership in the Middle East and Turkey to shape and deliver people and talent strategies that support the firm’s Global Product Group and overall business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with partners and local leadership to develop and deliver people and talent strategies aligned with the Global Product Group and firm‑wide objectives.
• Lead and coach the Middle East and Turkey HR team, ensuring high‑quality delivery of HR processes and projects.
• Manage headcount forecasting, budgeting and analytics to support business decisions and optimise workforce planning.
• Provide trusted advice on employee relations, performance management and talent development, including succession planning and early‑talent programmes.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Senior HR Business Partner, preferably within a professional services or law firm environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills with the ability to influence senior partners.
• Experience working in a matrixed, global organisation and familiarity with HR best practices across the Middle East and Turkey.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, lead projects and develop HR team members.
