Senior HVAC Technician

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior HVAC Technician to ensure the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of the hotel’s HVAC systems through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs, while maintaining guest comfort and supporting smooth hotel facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and adjust air‑conditioning and refrigeration equipment such as chillers, AHUs, FCUs, split and window A/C units, cold rooms, coolers, ice machines and extract fans.
• Assist chiller contractors during scheduled maintenance and brief them on equipment condition.
• Ensure sufficient stock of spare parts for A/C and refrigeration equipment and verify material quality.
• Execute energy‑saving measures to reduce departmental energy costs.
• Take daily chiller, cold‑room and temperature readings and maintain set parameters.
• Recommend system improvements to optimise operating efficiency and economy.
• Keep plant rooms, workshops and related areas clean and tidy.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar HVAC role (preferred).
• Proven hospitality experience (preferred).
• Familiarity with company documentation and the Operational Standards Manual for the field.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends and be on‑call if required.
• Additional language skills are an advantage.
