Senior Infrastructure Project Manager – Multiple Roles

About the role

NMDC Group is conducting a face‑to‑face interview campaign in Dubai to recruit senior professionals for a range of infrastructure‑focused managerial positions. Candidates will lead large‑scale projects in water desalination, marine construction, piling, power substations, and precast factory operations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of major infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across civil, mechanical, electrical, and MEP disciplines.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and stakeholder communications.
• Drive continuous improvement and risk mitigation throughout project lifecycles.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• 12–15 years of experience on large‑scale infrastructure, water desalination, marine, piling, power substation, or precast factory projects.
• Proven track record in senior managerial roles such as Marine Construction Manager, MEP Construction Manager, or Project Manager.
• Ability to work onsite in Dubai and lead cross‑functional teams.
