Senior Intelligence Analyst

About the role

Mastercard’s Intelligence Center is looking for a Senior Intelligence Analyst to lead the collection, analysis and dissemination of threat intelligence that protects the company’s people, networks and data. The role supports risk‑based decision‑making across the organisation and works closely with internal and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, process, analyse and publish intelligence on geopolitical, cyber, fraud and physical security threats.
• Provide threat‑informed risk assessments and brief senior executives on emerging risks.
• Lead collaboration with Regional Security, Crisis Management and other internal stakeholders to fuse intelligence.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with government agencies, law‑enforcement, intelligence services and industry groups for intelligence sharing.
• Support the creation of threat scenarios for red‑team exercises, resilience testing and crisis simulations.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with experience synthesising intelligence from open‑source, technical, geopolitical, cyber and physical security sources.
• Solid understanding of intelligence tradecraft, structured analytic techniques, threat modelling and risk‑assessment methodologies.
• Knowledge of key threat domains (geopolitical, physical security, cyber) and ability to quickly learn emerging trends.
• Proven ability to translate complex information into clear, actionable briefings for senior leadership.
