Senior Interface Engineer – PMC

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced PMC Senior Interface Engineer with a proven track record in leading and coordinating engineering teams to ensure successful planning, execution, and completion of technical projects for a high‑profile client.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee multidisciplinary engineering inputs and deliverables across multiple execution centres and work‑share sites.
• Prepare and check discipline design instructions, manpower plans and contract requisition scopes.
• Create and implement work plans for discipline and inter‑discipline interfaces, identifying key dates, milestones and deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with the project quality system, HSE standards and conduct audits where required.
• Drive design verification, manage change requests using contract conditions and lead recovery plans for escalated delays.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in project delivery, preferably on mega EPC/EPC‑M contracts.
• Deep understanding of technical work scopes, commercial aspects and specifications/standards.
• Proven ability to lead large interdisciplinary teams (50+ members) and communicate effectively with clients and contractors.
• Experience with ADNOC projects or similar high‑profile oil & gas environments is an advantage.
