Senior Internal Auditor (Level I)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Internal Auditor (Level I) to independently review organizational and functional activities, assess management controls, and ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations. The role involves conducting audit assignments in line with professional standards and delivering actionable recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct independent audits of assigned activities and evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of management controls.
• Assist in planning audit scope, determining procedures, and applying statistical sampling and electronic data processing tools.
• Identify and evaluate key control points across financial, manufacturing, engineering, procurement, sales, and support functions.
• Obtain, analyze, and appraise evidentiary data to form objective opinions on system effectiveness and efficiency.
• Prepare issue summaries, discuss findings with process owners, and recommend corrective actions.
• Assist in preparing formal audit reports and appraise the adequacy of corrective actions taken.
• Guide and manage subordinates in audit assignments and perform any other duties assigned by the manager.

Required profile

• Knowledge of internal audit practices and Global Internal Audit Standards issued by the Institute of Internal Auditors.
• Total post‑qualification work experience of 4 years, with at least 3 years in internal audit.
• Preferred bilingual capability.
