Senior Inventory Controller

About the role

The Senior Inventory Controller will lead the inventory team in overseeing raw materials, work‑in‑progress, and finished goods. The role ensures optimal stock levels, prevents shortages or excess, and supports smooth production flow across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily inventory operations and supervise the inventory team.
• Monitor raw materials, WIP, and finished goods to avoid stock imbalances.
• Perform periodic and monthly stock reconciliations.
• Prepare and analyse stock ageing reports.
• Collaborate closely with Procurement, Production, and Finance to streamline replenishment processes.
• Define minimum order quantities (MOQs) for incoming raw materials and chemicals.

Required profile

• B.Com, M.Com, or a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in inventory management are preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Odoo, Oracle, SAP, or similar.
• Background in industrial or manufacturing environments is a plus.
• Prior experience working in the UAE is advantageous.
