Senior Investment Advisor

About the role

Enclave Real Estate is seeking a Senior Investment Advisor to strengthen its Dubai team. The role focuses on advising high‑net‑worth clients on off‑plan and secondary market property investments while driving sales performance in a competitive market.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, acquire and manage qualified leads, converting them into long‑term investment clients.
• Provide expert advice on Dubai/UAE real‑estate opportunities, including off‑plan projects and resale properties.
• Negotiate deals, prepare proposals and close transactions to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Maintain and expand a portfolio of high‑value clients through relationship management and follow‑up.
• Collaborate with marketing, telesales and content teams to leverage daily leads and promotional support.

Required profile

• Proven track record in UAE real‑estate sales, preferably luxury or off‑plan segments.
• Strong investment advisory and client acquisition experience.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and independent working abilities.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
