Senior Investment Consultant – Riyadh or Dubai

About the role

Mercer Wealth is seeking a Senior Investment Consultant to join its multidisciplinary team in Riyadh or Dubai. You will work with institutional clients, providing bespoke investment advice and designing strategic solutions that address their unique needs.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior consultants and analysts to deliver high‑impact investment advice to a diverse portfolio of institutional clients.
• Design and analyse strategic investment solutions, including complex asset‑liability models.
• Lead manager research and selection across public and private asset classes.
• Prepare detailed client reports, investment policy statements, and governance documentation.
• Support portfolio structuring, performance monitoring, and manager oversight.
• Coordinate with Mercer specialist teams to ensure integrated consulting solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in investment consulting for institutional clients such as pension funds, sovereign wealth funds, endowments, foundations, or family offices.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to develop strategic asset allocations.
• Ability to mentor junior staff and work collaboratively in a fast‑moving environment.
