Senior IQVIA Solution Consultant (UAE) & Cerner Program Manager (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking two senior consultants to support major healthcare transformation programs. One role is an on‑site IQVIA Solution Consultant based in the UAE, and the other is a remote Cerner Program Manager working from India. Both positions require deep healthcare‑IT expertise, strong stakeholder management, and proven delivery capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead solution consulting and end‑to‑end implementation of IQVIA HIS or Cerner systems.
• Conduct requirement analysis, solution design, workflow mapping, and produce high‑quality documentation.
• Engage clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders to ensure alignment and adoption.
• Drive program governance, risk management, delivery tracking, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, vendors, and client stakeholders across the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• 12+ years (IQVIA role) or 14‑15+ years (Cerner role) of consulting or program management experience in healthcare IT.
• Demonstrated experience with IQVIA HIS or Cerner implementations.
• Excellent client‑facing and communication skills.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Ability to work onsite in the UAE for the full engagement (IQVIA role) or remotely from India (Cerner role).
