About the role

Here's your chance to step into the role of Senior Officer - IT Park Support in Dubai Holding Entertainment. In this position you will provide essential IT support across park operations, retail and F&B businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver IT support services to park operations, retail, F&B and end‑users.
• Troubleshoot systems, network problems and resolve hardware or software faults.
• Record all incidents and requests in the Service Desk and act on them promptly.
• Manage daily on‑site support issues and escalate when necessary.
• Deploy and maintain IT equipment and software throughout the park.
• Assist the park in various operational roles during busy periods.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of IT support experience in hospitality, parks, retail or F&B.
• Experience handling Point of Sale (POS) and other retail/F&B systems.
• Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCSDT) or CompTIA A+ certification.
• Ability to communicate effectively with business users at all levels.
